Rowarden Lamlash - Full Planning Permission Granted
Planning Permission Approval has now been granted for the Arran Development Trusts first site at Rowarden, Lamlash for 18 affordable rental homes.
The Arran Development Trust is finalising the financial package for the works and it is anticipated construction will commence on site during March this year.
The works are programmed to take approximately a 14-16 months duration.
