Rowarden Housing Allocations
The Arran Development Trust are receiving a high number of enquiries from people who want to rent one of their new homes at Rowarden, Lamlash, Arran.
If you are interested in renting one of the new Arran Development Trust affordable rental homes at Benlister Road/Rowarden Place, the ADT has now opened the Lettings & Allocations Process for Applications. A Points Allocation Process will be in operation and sit alongside the Application Form outlining all the relevant information. Importantly, these new homes have been constructed as General Needs Homes for Workers. As the ADT is a registered Private Landlord, house swops will not be considered. For people who have already registered an interest in renting one of the new homes with North Ayrshire Council on the Common Housing Register, NAC will write to you shortly with full details of the new application process.
