Expressions of Interest from people across Arran who are interested in purchasing a Self-Build Plot from the ADT when they become available, should register their official interest on a confidential list by completing the form below. The ADT need to know your name, current address, telephone number and email address and finally if you are interested in building a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom home on a plot.
It is important to remember, the proposed self-build plots being offered for sale by the Arran Development Trust in the future will carry a Rural Housing Burden (can only be used as a principal residence and not as a holiday or second home).
The ADT need this information and will use it only as a guide, as it may form part of the evidence required for a future planning permission application.
By registering an Expression of Interest applicants will be under no obligation to purchase.
