Over the next few weeks, you will begin to see the results of the pre-construction phase of works including the Rowarden site fencing being erected, site signage being installed and the construction workers welfare cabins being sited. Initial site clearance work will also commence to allow for the utilities/services to be installed. The entire Rowarden Affordable Rental Homes Project will take around 14-18 months to complete by various local contractors.

How to register your interest
If you are interested in renting one of these new Arran Development Trust affordable rental homes, you will need to register on the North Ayrshire Council Common Housing Register, here is the link - Apply for a house (north-ayrshire.gov.uk).
